Ingredients:
Quinoa – ½ cup
Milk – 1 cup
Cocoa powder – 1 tbsp
Honey – 2 tbsp
Vanilla extract – ¼ tsp
Method:
Wash the quinoa. Fry it in a medium heat for 2 minutes until the water is evaporated. Add milk and bring it to a boil over high heat. Bring it to a simmer and let it cook for 20 minutes. Switch off the flame and add cocoa powder, honey and vanilla and mix everything together. You can totally add everything together with the milk and cook it with quinoa. You can adjust the honey according to your taste. You can replace it with maple syrup or brown sugar. You can follow this same recipe for oats and make chocolate oats, too.
