Tandoori Hummus

Hummus is a common Mediterranean dip made with chickpeas and garlic. Here is an Indianised version that is just right for desi food lovers! While the recipe still retains the traditional hummus ingredients like chick peas, garlic, olive oil, curds and herbs, we have spiked it up further using tongue-tickling Tandoori Masala Powder. This gives the hummus a unique flavour. Serve this delicious Tandoori Hummus with pita bread. You can try other desi dips like the Achar Dip and the Thecha Hummus .
