RECIPE:
Ingredients:
6-8 spoons of curd
1tsp of salt
1/2tsp of turmeric
1/2tsp of pepper
!/2 tsp of chilli flakes
1/2tsp of seasoning
2tsp of olive oil
vegetables of your choice
green peas(optional)
2tsp of lemon juice.

Procedure:
Take a mixing bowl add 6-8 spoons of curd,1tsp of salt,1/2tsp of turmeric,1/2tsp of pepper,!/2 tsp of chilli flakes,1/2tsp of seasoning,2tsp of olive oil & mix it all in. Add your cube chopped veggies mix it well & rest for 1/2 n hour. Take a grille grease with olive oil / any vegetable oil grill the vegetables both sides on medium flame. Enjoy with 2tsp of lemon juice & fresh Green peas . Good to go for healthy lunch or lite Dinner.
