Ingredients:
6 Eggs
1 Celery stick
1/4th Onion (red works well)
1/2 Bell pepper (optional)
Coriander/ Parsley
1/4th cup Mayonnaise
Salt and Pepper
Sandwich Buns/ Tortilla
Steps:
1. Boil water and add 6 eggs to it, boil for 15 min
2. Chop Celery, Onion, Bell Pepper and Coriander
3. Cool and peel the eggs. Chop them all
4. Add veggies to a mixing bowl, add chopped eggs, add 1/4 Mayonnaise
5. Season with salt and pepper
5. Mix well until the egg yolk pieces blend well with the Mayonnaise
6. Toast sandwich buns/ tortilla
7. Assemble the egg salad into a sandwich or a wrap, or serve it by itself as a side
