Healthy Chickpea (Garbanzo Beans/Chana) Salad
Ingredients:
Chickpea (Garbanzo Beans) – 2 Measuring Cup
Cucumber – 1
Celery Stick -1
Cherry Tomato – 5
Lettuce Leaf – 1
Cilantro – 1 Sprig
Garlic – 1 Clove
Olives (sliced)
Salad Dressing:
Lemon (Juice) – 1
Olive Oil – 1/8 Measuring Cup
Mustard Sauce – 1/8 Measuring Cup
Honey – 1/8 Measuring Cup
Eggless Mayonnaise – 1/4 Measuring Cup (Can replace with Regular Mayonnaise)
Dash of Chilli Flakes
Dash of Black Pepper
Salt to Taste
Procedure:
1) Chop all vegetables to bite size.
2) Whisk all the ingredients of Salad Dressing.
3) Toss together Chickpea (Garbanzo Beans), Chopped Veggies & Salad Dressing.
4) Enjoy HEALTHY & YUMMY SALAD.🙂
