Recipe:
250gm high protein / bread flour
1 tsp instant yeast
25gm castor sugar
1/8 tsp salt
140gm milk
35gm softened butter
Mix everything except butter into a dough, then only add softened butter. Knead 15-20mins till dough reach window pane, then proof 1hour. Shape it and proof again 1hour in a grease baking pan. Bake in 180c for 25mins.
