Laapsi Salad
Ingredients:
1 cup Laapsi (Bulgur Wheat- Soaked Overnight)
1 Cucumber chopped
1 Tomato chopped
1 Onion chopped
1/2 Keri chopped (Raw Mango)
1 Cup Coriander Choped
1/2 cup Mint Leaves chopped
1/4 Cashews chopped
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp Black Salt
1 tsp Jeera Powder
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
1/2 Lemon Juice
Zest of one Orange
2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil / Salad Oil
Method:
Steam Laapsi.
In a Bowl mix all the ingredients with steamed Laapsi.
