Low cost and uses ground pistachio nuts rather than walnuts for the filling. Incredibly delicious. Also very easy to freeze and save a piece for later.

Important Tips:
Baklava should be warm, syrup should be cold!!! Golden Rule
Butter every layer until middle, then pistachio, then no butter until you are done. Need to pour remaining butter on top after cutting in pieces.

1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
Quarter Cup Sugar or Natural Sweetener
1 pack Phyllo dough
1 pack Unsweetened Butter

1 cup Jaggery* or Good Quality Honey**
