Chicken and broccoli is a great meal if you’re trying to stay lean, however, after a while it can get pretty repetitive and boring. So here is a way to mix things up! We also like to use chicken thighs as an alternative to breasts, just because they have a little more fat and therefore a little more flavor!

These workouts are great if you have any kind of pull bar or elevated surfaces of some kind! After the gyms closed, we found a calisthenics/muscle park not far from our house. We’ve noticed they don’t get used very often so we were able to keep our social distance lol. Also, I’d write the workouts down for you but I can’t remember which order they’re in, so you’re just gonna have to watch the whole thing I guess 😉
