Healthy Banana Bread – Ingredients (1 loaf):

– 3 ripe bananas
– 4 small / 3 large eggs
– 3 scoops of Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
– 100g oats
– 200g vanilla skyr (could use Greek Yoghurt also)
– 50g dark chocolate (chopped up)
– 1tsp baking soda
– A pinch of salt
– A few drops of stevia
Start by turning on your oven. I had mine on 250°C and after 15 minutes I lowered the temperature to 200°C.
Mash or blend the bananas. Mix in the eggs, oats (which we have grounded up to a flour consistency), protein powder and skyr. Chop the chocolate and add it to the mixture. Add baking soda, a pinch of salt and a few drops of stevia. Spread the mixture out in your baking form. Pop it in the oven for around 20-25 minutes (depending on your oven, keep and eye on the little beast)
When it is done, take it out and let it chill.
Let it stay in the refrigerator to keep it as FRESH and MOIST as possible for the longest time.

Kcal = 205
Carbs = 181g
Fats = 8g
Protein = 16,2
