Grated Carrot – 1/2 cup
Boiled Green Peas – 1/4 cup
Green Coriander / cilantro – 1/4 cup
Ginger – 1 inch grated
Green Chilies – 2, chopped
Rice Flour – 2 tbsp
Crushed Mint Leaves – 1 tsp
Red Chilly Powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam Masala – 1/4 tsp
Salt – 3/4 tsp, adjust to taste
Dry Mango Powder / Amchur – 1 tsp
Oil for frying

हरी मिर्च – 2, कटा हुआ
चावल का आटा – 2 बड़े चम्मच
कुचली पुदीना पत्तियां – 1 चम्मच
लाल मिर्च पाउडर – 1/2 चम्मच
गरम मसाला – 1/4 चम्मच
नमक – 3/4 चम्मच, स्वाद के अनुसार
आमचूर – 1 चम्मच
तलने के लिए तेल
