Hi everyone! Given the coronavirus/covid-19 , I know a lot of us are trying to eat healthier! This is how I make my breakfast smoothie bowls, which is filled with antioxidants from the berries. I use lemon-blueberry granola (which tastes so good and has very little added sugar) and sliced bananas on top for extra flavor. Sometimes I add a chocolate flavored plant based protein powder to make it extra filling – if you want to do that, then you can still do exactly what I did – just add the powder!
