RECIPES:
Cauliflower bites
1/2 head of cauliflower (or 2-3 medium potatoes or 1 head of broccoli)
1-2 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 lemon, juiced
Bake at 200 degrees celsius for 20 mins or until golden.

Hummus Pasta
Pasta of choice, cooked
Veg of choice (ie. tomato, spinach, onion, olives)
Hummus, store-bought or homemade

Savoury Crepes (makes 3-4 crepes)
Batter:
1 cup flour of choice
1 cup water
1 tsp baking powder
a handful of fresh herbs (basil and dill) or dried
pinch of salt and pepper
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
Filling:
Veg of choice (ie. greens, tomato, capsicum, mushrooms or even tofu or lentils)
1/2 lemon, juiced
