TUNA SANDWICH
Tuna chunks. : 130 gms
Brown bread. : 6 slices
Coconut oil. : 1&1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder :1&1/2 tsp
Green chutney. 3 tbsp
Green bell peppers. : 1/4 cup
Cabbage. : 1/2 cup
Onion. : 1/2 piece
Tomato. 1/2 piece
Cheese slices. : 2
Water. 1/4 cup
Salt. : as per taste
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan add onions, green bell peppers, cabbage,tomatoes. Sauté it till it’s raw taste go off.sprinkle some salt.Add turmeric powder and chilli powder . Mix it well.pour some water to incorporate everything together.Drop the tuna chunks.stir it well and cover with a lid for 1
minute to cook.Filling will be ready now.
Take two slices of bread, rub green chutney on one side of each slice . Add the stuffing in one slice, cover it with the other slice. Toast it until it’s colour changes into brown.
For another sandwich we can use the cheese slices . Toast it until the cheese gets melted completely, in low flame.
