I was craving Chinese food so bad during this quarantine and since I have plenty of time, I thought of doing a low calorie version of the chicken and vegetable noodles instead of ordering out.
You can also look at this recipe as a non-fry stir fry, because I actually only use a bit of water to cook everything.

INGREDIENTS (1 person):
NOODLES
– 130 gr chicken breast
– 1 carrot
– 1 zucchini
– 3 asparaguses
– 1 small onion
– 100 gr shirataki noodles
– Salt&Pepper
LOW CAL TERIYAKI SAUCE
– 75 ml low sodium soy sauce
– 135 mg stevia
– 1 tsp xanthan gum
260 calories
Optional TOPPINGS:
– flaxseeds (1 tbsp has about 52 calories)
