In this video, I show you how to make my favorite homemade honey wheat sandwich bread. It’s delicious, tender, and slightly sweet, and it’s actually pretty easy to make!

Here are the ingredients you’ll need:
165g (~1.25 Cups) Whole Wheat Flour
255g (~ 2 Cups) Bread Flour (or All-Purpose Flour)
270g (9 fl oz) Water (Preferably around 100 degrees F)
4g (~1.25 tsp) Instant Yeast
32g (1.5 Tbsp) Honey
36g (3 Tbsp) Brown Sugar
10g (~1.5 tsp) Kosher Salt
42g (3 Tbsp) Softened Butter
