Here are 5 healthy breakfast recipes for you guys! I have had all of these meals numerous times and they never fail to satisfy me in every way possible. These have really been my go to breakfasts lately. Eating healthy doesn’t have to be torture and I hope these recipes remind you of that! Here are the ingredients I used for each recipe:

Oatmeal cookie oats- quick oats, flaxseed, cinnamon, vanilla extract, almond milk, banana, shredded and flaked coconut, cocoa nibs, sliced almonds, honey, almond butter, chia seeds

Avocado toast- whole wheat bread, egg, avocado, tomatoes, lemon juice, Himalayan pink salt, crushed pepper

Banana protein waffles- mashed banana, vanilla extract, egg, cinnamon,chia seeds, vanilla protein powder, a egg, honey, coconut oil

Granola- rolled oats, cinnamon, walnuts, sliced almonds, cacao nibs, maple syrup, honey, flaxseed, chia seeds, coconut oil, coconut flakes and shredded coconut

Smoothie bowl- sugar free dragon fruit, banana, pineapple, cauliflower rice, spinach, vanilla protein powder, coconut water. (all fruit frozen)Toppings- blueberries, apple, chia seeds,sliced almonds, coconut, cocoa nibs, honey
