It is now the start of Week 3 of the #backontrackchallenge, Sorry I have been missing for a week. I have videoed my workout for you this morning, an arms and core strength workout. I also show you what I am eating for lunch and afternoon snack, it only takes a few minutes to prepare before going to work … so no excuses to eat take-away for lunch.
