Hi everyone welcome to my channel my name is Swarda, in todays video i am going to share very easy to make but delicious 5 different types of salads, witch are very healthy to eat and effective if you are trying weight loss. you can easily make these salads in your daily indian lunch / dinner routine. do try them and let me know your feedback.
1. SPROUTED MOTH SALAD: to make this salad , in a bowl i am adding moth sprouts, chopped onion, cucumber, tomato, cilantro, squeeze lemon slice, add some olive oil, fresh black paper, chilly powder, give it a mix and SPROUTED MOTH SALAD is ready.
2. BOILED POTATO SALAD: To prepare this salad i am adding boiled & chopped potatoes, tomatoes, shredded carrot, sweet corn, onion, cilantro, yogurt, you can also add mayonnaise or sour cream, salt and black paper give it a mix and BOILED POTATO SALAD is ready.
3. SWEET AND SALTED MOONG SALAD: to make this salad , in a bowl i am adding sprouted moong, pineapple chunks, grapes cut in half, cucumber, squeeze lemon slice, add salt and paper mix it well and SWEET AND SALTED MOONG SALAD is ready.
4. ITALIAN SALAD: To prepare this yummy salad i am adding lettuce mix with purple cabbage, shredded carrots, onion, cherry tomatoes, cilantro, squeeze lemon slice add salt, olive oil, black paper, 2 teaspoons of overnight soaked chia seeds, give it a mix and you can also add bread crumbs or any Italian salad dressing.
5. GARBANZO/CHICKPEA SALAD: For this salad i am using overnight soaked and pressure cooked chole / chickpeas then adding chopped onion, tomatoes, cucumber, mint leaves, cilantro, lemon juice, black paper, salt, pinch of chaat masala, give it a mix and GARBANZO/ CHICKPEA SALAD is ready. comment, Like, share And please SUBSCRIBE to my channel with the bell icon. thanks for watching.
