A healthy breakfast recipe made with courgette & oats to start your day 🙂
In lock down make this pancake with minimum available ingredients. Healthy breakfast/snack , courgette boost the immunity and oats helps to regulate blood sugar levels. low calories but high in energy recipe.
Recipe:
Makes 5-6 pancakes
Ingredients:
1 Medium size courgette or Zucchini grated
1 cup coarsely ground oats
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
1 tsp Chaat masala
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 green chili chopped
salt to taste
oil to cook
Method:
1) Mix all ingredients together except oil.
2) Keep it for 10 minutes.
3) after 10 minutes check the consistency, if it feels dry then add little water and mix.
4) Mixture should be easy to spread on pan.
5) now heat a pan, spread small amount in circle shape with your hand carefully.
6) put little oil , cover it & cook for 2 minutes. cook on medium heat/ flame.
7) Flip it over , cook from other side too and serve with your choice of chutney or dip.
