Crispy Egg Bites 😋

Egg bites can be made using Quail eggs. One quail egg contains only 14 calories but is rich in a variety of vitamins and minerals, including selenium, riboflavin, vitamin B12, and choline.
They are rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants, which help support our immune system.While small in size, they have as much as double the properties of a normal-sized chicken egg.

What is the reason to use quail eggs for this crispy egg bites recipe?
In short we have lot of reasons as said above to include this tiny eggs in our diet. So lets make it in an interesting way to surprise our kids as well as you can make them as starters for your upcoming parties as well 😉

Ingredients:
Quail eggs – 10 nos

Ingredients for marination-
Ginger/garlic paste – 1tsp
Black pepper powder -1 tsp
Turmeric powder – 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
APF /Maida – 1 tbsp
Egg – 1
Salt

Boil the quail eggs.
Prepare marination, using above mentioned ingredients and marinate the boiled eggs and keep it in the fridge for 30 to 40 minutes.

Coating the eggs
APF/maida – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Crushed rice crispies – 1 tbsp
(Or bread crumbs)
Crushed corn flakes – 1 tbsp
Salt
Mix it all together and keep it aside.

For frying, heat oil in a deep pan, Coat the marinated eggs in the coat mixture, Again dip the coated eggs into the marination mix and repeat the process.
Now deep fry them for 5-6 minutes or untill they turn into golden brown, here you go Crispy Egg Bites ready.

Serve hot crispy egg bites with tomato ketchup 😋
