Ingredients:
400g of whole wheat bread flour 

165g Castor sugar 

4 bananas 

6 table spoons of butter (~250g)

4 eggs

4.5 tea spoons baking powder 

Raisins (if you like it)

Recipe:

Weigh out ingredients as required. Add 4.5 tsp baking powder to flour. Melt butter slightly in microwave (don’t over heat). Add melted butter to 4 eggs and add Castor sugar. Mix wet ingredients thoroughly and add to dry ingredients. Combine properly without over mixing. Gently mash 4 ripe bananas and add to mixture. Mix slightly and garnish with raisins or almonds as desired. Bake in pre-heated oven at 150C for about 1hr.
