A delicious bread that is shaped to look like a sunflower, stuffed with some veggies, flavour of oregano and sprinkled with black sesame seeds.

Ingredients:
For Bread Dough
180 mL Warm Milk
1 tbsp Sugar
2 tsp Active Dry Yeast
Mix it all together, keep it for 20 min (or till yeast gets activated) in a warm place
2 cup maida (250mL size cup)
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Water (40-50mL)
For stuffing:
1 chopped Onion
1 chopped Carrot
1 chopped Capsicum
1 mashed Potato
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Coriander Powder
2 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
Salt to taste
Full Recipe:
For Stuffing –
In a heated saucepan, add some oil. Put onion, capsicum and carrot. Steam it for 5 min.
Then add mashed potato, salt, oregano, coriander powder and Tomato Ketchup.
Cook for 5 min. Stuffing is ready.
For Bread Dough –
Mix activated yeast into maida, add some salt and water. Knead for at least 10-12 minutes until a firm dough gets formed.
Rest the dough for 1 hour in a damp cloth.
After one hour, dough doubles in size, punch the dough, knead for 2-3 min.
Divide the dough into two equal parts
Take one part, roll the dough using a rolling pin and make a roti shaped around 7-8 inches in diameter.
Repeat the same process for the other part.
Keep the bowl in the center of the roti, place the stuffing around the roti as shown in the video. Then remove the bowl and place some stuffing in the center of the roti.
Now cover this using the other roti and seal it properly.
Making sunflower:
Now divide the roti into 4 equal parts. Again divide each part into two parts and again divide into 3 parts as shown in the video.
Twist each of the petal.
Sprinkle some oregano and black sesame in the center to give a sunflower effect
Rest it for 45 min in a damp cloth
After 45 min, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degree/Cel, for about 25-30 minutes,
until it becomes golden brown in colour.
Note:
One can use any stuffing including Cheese, Paneer and many vegetables
Spinach and cheese stuffing is recommended
