Ingredients:
– 1 cup Oats
– 1/3 cup Multigrain Flour
– 2 tbsp. Curd
– 1 tbsp. Oil
– 2 tbsp. Onion (finely chopped)
– 2 tbsp. Corn (boiled and half crushed)
– 2 tbsp. Tomatoes (finely chopped)
– 2 tbsp. Red Bell Pepper (finely chopped)
– 2 tbsp. Yellow Bell Pepper (finely chopped)
– 2 tbsp. Green Capsicum (finely chopped)
– 1 tbsp. Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
– 1 tbsp. Paprika (Chilli Flakes)
– 2 tsp. Mixed Herbs
– Salt to taste
– Water

Method:
1. Take oats, multigrain flour, curd, oil and salt in a big bowl. Add some water and mix it to form a semi liquid batter.
2. Keep the batter for rest for 30 minutes.
3. Once the batter is rested, add onion, yellow corn, tomatoes, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, green capsicum, coriander leaves, paprika and mixed herbs and mix well until everything is combined.
4. Take a non-stick pan and heat it. Grease some oil on to the pan, pour the batter and spread it across the pan.
5. Cook the side for till golden brown and then flip over. Apply oil on the half-cooked side and flip again.
6. Now apply oil on the other side as well. Press with a spatula and cook till both sides have golden brown spots on them. Make sure it is just golden brown or else it can get burnt.
7. Serve Oats Uttappam hot with tomato ketchup and green chutney!
