Ingredients
Poha – 1.5 cup
Oil – 2 tbsp
Peanut – 1 cup
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp
Onion – 1
Green chilly – 1
Curry leaves – 10
Turmeric – 1 tbsp
Salt – 1 tsp
Sugar – 1 tsp
Lime
Method
1. Soak and drain Poha
2. Fry peanuts.
3. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, onion and saute.
4. Add green chilies, turmeric, and soaked poha and mix.
5. Add fried peanuts and mix.
