Welcome to my first video: A healthy banana bread recipe that is absolutely so delicious. My whole family loves it and, of course, so do I.

Ingredients for banana bread:
-2 (very) ripe bananas
-1 egg
-1 tablespoon vanilla extract
-cinnamon (no specific measurement)
-1/4 cup splenda
-1 cup oat flour
-1 teaspoon baking powder
-1 teaspoon baking soda
-1/2 teaspoon salt
-1 tablespoon butter (salted or unsalted)
-(optional) 2 tablespoons pb2 (peanut butter powder)
-toppings: I used chocolate chips and slivered almonds
