Ingredients:

3 1/2 Cups (500g) Whole-wheat flour
3/4 Cups (100 g) Sunflower seeds
1 Tsp Sea salt
2 Tbsp Active dry yeast
2 Tbsp Honey
1 3/4 Cups (400 ml) Warm milk
1/4 Cups (50 g) Coconut oil

Put the flour in a bowl and add the sunflower seeds and mix it all together.
Put a teaspoon of salt on one end, active dry yeast, and honey in the middle of the flour.
Add warm milk (approx.77F ), mix well to combine ingredients, and then add coconut oil.
Put a medium-thick mass in a bread pan, sprinkle with flax seeds and leave it to rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, turn on the oven to 400F.
When heated, place the baking pan with the leavened dough in the oven and bake for 10 minutes at 400F and then reduce to 360F and bake it for another 30 minutes.
When the bread is baked, take it out of the oven and place it on the rack to cool.
Cut it when cooled and make a delicious breakfast sandwich or serve it with a dish …
