Healthy Lavash Nachos
Comfort food is not just oily, greasy, cheesy & heavy food, it can also be clean fresh & healthy as well, here is my version of what I think a healthy plate of nachos would look like, inspired from some Mediterranean flavours & with an Indian touch, this is delicious & definitely worth a try .

Ingredients
For the lavash
1 1/2 cup refined flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp chilli flakes
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp oil
Oil for brushing
1/4 cup Sesame seeds
For the yogurt salt
3/4 cup yogurt/dahi
1 tbsp chopped garlic
Salt & pepper to taste
Juice of half a lemon
For the chickpeas mixture
1/2 cup boiled chickpeas
2 tbsp chopped onions
2 tbsp chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup diced cucumbers
Salt to taste
Juice of half a lemon
1 tbsp chopped coriander
