Bread Pakora is a very popular Indian street food (particularly a fried snack item) that is made with bread slices, stuffed usually with potato mix, coated with gram flour batter and deep fried. It is a perfect teatime snack from Indian cuisine. It is also locally called as “bread bhajji”. Our recipe is a modified and healthy version of the same that does not involve deep frying, and there are cottage cheese slices along with potato stuffing. Try it to quench your desire for deep fried ones without having a guilty conscience. I can bet that it does not tastes any less
