In this video, I will be showing you how to make 3 different spinach salads with 3 types of salad dressings. These salads have helped me shed some extra pounds, and also keep the weight off. They are full of nutrition.

Please find the ingredients below for:

1. Spinach Salad with Vinaigrette
1 cup chopped spinach
1/4 cup of celery
1/4 cup of carrots
1/4 cup cucumber
1/2 of a small tomato
1/4 cup blueberries
1 tbsp of cranberries
1 tbsp of pumpkin seeds.
For the vinaigrette you will need
1/4 cup of olive oil
2 tbsp of white wine vinegar
1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice
3 tbsps white sugar or substitute
1/4 tsp paprika
Mix well. Add what you will need to your salad. Any leftover can be kept in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Assemble your salad into a bowl. Pour in the vinaigrette, and mix well. put into a bowl as a side salad, or make it a meal by adding protein such as shrimp, chicken or chickpeas. Sprinkle with poppy seeds.

2. Spinach Chaat Masala Salad
1/2 cup cucumber
1/4 cup tomatoes
1/4 cup red onions
add ingredients to a bowl and mix in
1 tbsp of fresh lemon juice, and a pinch of chaat masala, mix.
Chaat masala is really spicy, so add to your taste. a pinch goes a long way. put a handful of chopped spinach onto a plate, and pour bowl mixture on top. Eat as a side salad, or make it a meal by adding protein such as shrimp, chicken or chickpeas.

3.Spinach Salad with Thousand Island dressing
1 cup chopped spinach
1/4 cup of any pepper. Here i am using an orange pepper.
1/4 cup of celery
1/4 cup of cucumber
1/4 cup of carrots
1/2 small tomato
1 tbsp red onions
1 tbsp chopped pickles.
for the dressing you will need
1/4 cup of mayo
1 tbsp of ketchup
1 tbsp pf chopped pickles
1 tsp of small chopped onions
1/8 or tip of a tsp of garlic
1/2 tsp of white vinegar.
Mix all ingredients, and place in the fridge. Any leftovers can be kept in the fridge for up to 4 days.
Put salad ingredients into a bowl, add desired amount of dressing, and mix well. This salad can be eaten as a side or make it a meal by adding some protein.
