RECIPE:
– 2 eggs ( I used egg whites in the video, its just your preference)
– 1 tsp cinnamon
– a dash of nutmeg
– a dash of salt ( I used Himalayan pink sea salt )
– 1 or 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream
– I can’t believe its not butter spray to spray in pan to cook
– Top it off with sugar free syrup & enjoy!
