Recipe of instant Uttapam

Take one bowl of flat rice, wash it and soak it for five minutes.
Take hal bowl of semolina, half bowl of yoghurt and salt to taste.
Put everything in a grinder & make a fine paste of it. Let this batter rest for 15 minutes.
Take a big bowl, add finely chopped onions, finely chopped coriander, finely chopped green chillies as per taste, finely chopped toamtoes, capsicum, carrots, add boiled & crushed corns & green beas, add black pepper powder & salt as per taste, half tea spoon chaat masala & mix well.
Take a flat pan, spread the batter in it, put a layer of vegetables on top of it, spread little oil on the sides, cover it & cook on slow flame. Flip it, put little oil on the sides, cover & cook it. Once it cooks from the both sides, serve it with a dip of your choice.
