2 grated beetroots
150 gms low fat paneer/ cottage cheese
3 tbsp besan / gram flour
3 tbsp oats flour
1 chopped onion
2 chopped green chillies
1 tbsp salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon chat masala /seasoning
Cooking oil

Preparation time- 10 mins
Cooking time- 15 mins
