This video is about a sweet recipe made with Urad dal with less or no oil. This is a healthy recipe made easily with few ingredients and can have it as breakfast. This urad dal puttu contains high protein content and good for ladies especially for pregnant women.

Urad dal 1 cup
Moong dal 4 tbsp
salt a pinch
brown sugar or normal sugar as per taste
shredded coconut
Ginglely oil or ghee 2 tbsp
