Try this middle eastern cuisine at home.
It is very easy to make.
Lavash will turn out to be crispy and humus has creamy consistency.
Ingredients:
Humus-
1 cup soaked kabuli chana
1/4th cup of white sesame seeds
4 garlic cloves
1/2 tspn cumin seeds
1/2 tspn pepper
1 tbsp oregano (optional)
3 tspn oil
3/4th cup of water
Lavash-
1 cup maize flour/makkai aata
1 cup wheat flour
1/2 tspn turmeric powder
1 tspn salt
2 tspn oil
flax seeds to sprinkle
We added oregano for an indian and palette preferred touch. You can skip oregano to keep it authentic.
