3 medium sized Potato
handful of coriander
1/2 cup green peas
1 tbsp jeera powder
1 tbsp haldi
1 tbsp red mirchi powder
1 tbsp dhaniya powder
6-7 bread slice
2 tbsp maida

For coating –
2-3 tbsp Besan
1-1/2 tbsp red mirch powder
1 tbsp jeera
1/2 tbsp haldi
1 tbsp salt
