Let’s check ingredients & process :

In a cooker, add
Oil – 2 tbsp
Mustard – 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Green chilli – 3 slitted
Onion – 1 large chopped small
Curry leave few
Methi powder – 1/4 tsp (optional)
Saute well
Tomato – 1small
Fresh bay leaf – 1
Peas – 1/2 cup
Spinach – 2 cup chopped small
Saute well
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder – 1.5 tsp
Chilli powder – 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Rice – 1.5 cup soaked 10mins & drained
Water – 3 cup
Kasturi methi – 1/4 tsp
Mix well
Close lid & allow 3 whistles
Delicious & healthy spinach pulao ready😋
