In today’s video, Coach Marisa will show you how to make a Healthy Pumpkin Bread. This recipe is Paleo, gluten free, and dairy free. You can have this for breakfast, snack, or healthy dessert!
Below are the ingredients and instructions.
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 Cups Blanched Almond Flour
1/2 Cup Almond Meal
1/2 Cup Arrowroot or Tapioca Flour
1 1/2 Tsp Baking Soda Pumpkin Pie Spice
1/4 Tsp Salt
2. Large Eggs
1 Cup Pumpkin Puree
1/4 Cup Coconut Oil, Softened
1/3 Cup Maple Syrup
1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line loaf pan with parchment paper. Combine all dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients separately. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out of the middle clean.
