Methi Palak Paneer
Ingredients
Cooking oil – 2 tablespoons
Butter – 1 tablespoon
Chopped ginger – 1 tablespoon
Chopped garlic – 1 tablespoon
Chopped green chilli – 1
Chopped onion – 1
Methi – 100 grams
Boiled spinach paste – 100 grams
Coriander powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala – 1/2 teaspoon
Salt – 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder – 1/2 teaspoon
Water – 100 ml
Chopped paneer – 400 grams
Crushed fenugreek leaf – 1 tablespoon
Fresh cream – 100 grams
Preparation
In a kadhai add cooking oil, butter, chopped ginger, chopped garlic and chopped green chilli. Sauté well. Add chopped onion and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Add chopped methi and boiled spinach paste. Add coriander powder, garam masala, salt and cumin powder. Mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add water and chopped paneer. Cook for 4-5 minutes. Add crushed fenugreek leaf. Mix well. Add fresh cream and mix well.
