How much you can think of making your favorite garlic bread healthier??
Here’s is my take on this ,beautiful scrumptious garlic bread sticks are made with multigrain flour (whole-wheat, corn meal, ragi and oat flour) and for extra nutrition and to get green color I used spinach purée and fresh fenugreek leaves.
You cannot find batter way from this to feed your kids greens.

ingredients:
2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup corn meal
1 cup Ragi & oat flour
1/2 cup flour for later use while kneading
2 tbsp olive oil
1cup spinach blanched and puréed
with ginger & garlic
1 cup chopped fenugreek leaves
2 tsp instant yeast
2 tbsp sugar
salt, chili flakes carom seeds
mix herbs
for garlic butter:
1 stick butter
chopped parsley
chill flakes
salt
