Today I have brought to you two amazingly healthy and tasty baked recipes. The first recipe is an extremely healthy snack. It is ‘Potato and sweet potato roast’, made by baking potato and sweet potato wedges with minimum oil and healthy herbs. In this way, they become crispy outside and mushy inside. This dish is a great snack recipe because it using very little oil and is baked. So anybody can have these potato wedgies guilt-free. They are great snacks all day anytime, add on some chaat masala, herbs, spices, sauces, and dips. You can also bake other vegetable wedges in the same way and have them as finger snacks. This recipe of baked snacks is quick, easy, healthy and very tasty. Anyone can make this dish and eat it happily, even if you like eating healthy or are on a diet. The second is recipe is my healthy innovation that can be a full meal for anyone whether on a diet or someone who wants to eat healthily. It is ‘Baked vegetables with multi-grain garlic bread’. The multi-grain atta bread here is also made by me at home. The recipe is there on my channel. Especially in winter, this will be an amazing and easy meal to make. You can vary the ingredients as you like too, for instance, you can use olive oil, chaat masala, etc. as well in both recipes. Do absolutely try these recipes at home as I can guaranty that you and your family and friends will love it for sure.
