This cake has no sugar ,No butter. Itcan be prepared on gas stove . If you don’t have Dry ginger Palm Jaggery you can opt for plain Jaggery along with 1/2 tsp of dry ginger adding to it. Jaggery called as karupatti in Tamil is the natural sweetener and an Energy food. “Karupatti has rich calcium content and blood purifying properties. Addition of Dried Ginger, Pepper while preparing Palm Jaggery gives us this Sukku Karuppati.Whenever one feels of eating a healthy cake,this recipe is a great choice.

Multigrain flour 1 cup
oil 1/4 cup +1 tbsp,
Milk powder 2tbsp
curd 3 tbsp
Dry fruits 1/4 cup
Dry ginger palm Jaggery 1/2 cup + 1/4 cup
