this recipe is full of carbohydrates and I add protein in it..sabudana is very known eatable thing in India..it is very healthy and filling..
ingredients:
sabudana – 1cup (soaked)
paneer- 25gm
peanuts -1 table spoon
green chillies- 2
black pepper powder- 1/4tsp
salt – 1/2tsp
ghee – 1/2tsp
cumin seeds -1/4 TSP
put a pan on gas add ghee add jeera when jeera turn black add paneer n fry it.add green chilies then add soaked sabudana add salt and pepper n fry for 1minute..
u can add lemon juice in it..
eat with curd or chutney..
