Hi guys, sharing with you this very easy dinner meal prep ideas! These are low in calories, and packed with nutrients!
Ginataang Kalabasa with Chicken:
-25g chicken thigh fillet, cut into cubes
-3/4 can coconut milk
-half pumpkin (you can add sitaw as well if you have it)
-salt & pepper
-onion & garlic
-2 tbsp fish sauce (patis)
-1-2 tbsp bagoong
Minced Beef w// Sayote:
-onion & garlic
-1pc sayote
-250g ground beef
-2-3 tbsp fish sauce(patis)
-season w/ salt, pepper
Minced Beef w/ Carrots & Snow Pea
-salt & pepper
-onion
-250g ground beef
-3 tbsp soy sauce
-1 tbsp oyster sauce
-2 medium pcs. carrots
-200g snowpeas (or sitaw)
Chicken w/ Broccoli:
-salt & pepper
-onion & garlic
-1 head broccoli
-250 g chicken thigh fillet, cut into cubes
-3 tbsp oyster sauce
-1 tbsp soy sauce
