1/4 Tsp Hing(Asafoetida)
11/2 Tbl sp Lasun finely chopped (Garlic)
1/2 Tbl sp Adrak finely chopped (Ginger)
1 1/2 Tomato finely chopped
1 Tsp Kashmiri Red chilly powder
1/2 Tsp Dhania powder (Coriander powder)
1/4 Tsp Bhuna Jeera powder (Roasted cumin powder)
1/4 Tsp Garam Masala powder
1/4 Tsp Chat Masala Powder
