Ingredients:
-Grilled chicken 60grs.
– Grape tomatoes 6 pieces
– Unsalted canned black beans 1/2 cup
– Fat free feta cheese 1 Tbsp
– Red onion to taste
– Apple cider vinaigrette
TURKEY BREAST WRAP:
-Calories: 237
-Protein: 31
-Carbs: 27
-Fat: 9
Ingredients:
– Wrap tortilla 1 piece
– Sliced turkey breast 2oz
– Avocado 40grs.
-Fat free cheddar cheese 1/4 cup
-Fat free greek yogurt 1tsp
TURKEY PEPPERONI & BASIL SANDWICH
-Calories: 206
-Protein: 27
-Carbs: 22
-Fat: 1
Ingredients:
– 2 Slices of bread
– Pepperoni Turkey 9 slices or 20grs.
– Fat free mozzarella cheese 35grs.
– Basil
