Here are healthy school lunches you can take to go! By meal prepping you save so much time and can make your lunches last all week long. I am showing you two different recipes- one is a delicious cashew chicken dish and the other is seafood fried rice 🙂

RECIPES:
Cashew Chicken:
-On medium heat mix together sauce ingredients until thick
-Spread 1/2 of your Sauce over raw chicken (with salt and pepper)
-Cook 400degrees F for 8 mins
-Add bell pepper, cauliflower, broccoli, and cashews
-Add second half of sauce on top of chicken and veggies
-Bake for another 8 minutes at 400degrees F
-Place on top of rice

Seafood Fried Rice:
-Boil Soycutash (Trader Joes)
-Boil Frozen Seafood Mix (Trader Joes)
-Saute Cooked Soycutash, Seafood, Scrambled Eggs, and Rice Together (with Lemon, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper, & coconut aminos)
