Ingredients
3 eggs
30 g slices olive
30 g chopped green onions
30 g grated cheese of you choice
A little salt to taste
A little black pepper to taste
1 teaspoon olive oil for cook the eggs
Instructions
1.Crack eggs into a bowl.
2.Add the slices olive, chopped green onions, grated cheese.
3.Season the eggs with salt and black pepper.
4.Heat the olive oil in a pan on medium heat.
5.Once the oil is hot, pour in the beaten eggs.
6.Cooked the eggs until golden brown on both sides, 2 minutes each side.
7.Transfer the healthy omelette into a plate. ENJOY!
