***Homemade and Healthy Whole Wheat Bread.***

Recipe
1. Whole Wheat Flour- 400grams
2. Instant Yeast- 1 teaspoon/5 grams
3. Salt – 1 teaspoon/5 grams
4. Sugar- 3 teaspoons/15 grams
5. Toasted Black Sesame – 1 teaspoon/5 grams
6. Toasted White Sesame – 1 teaspoon/5 grams
7. Water- 330 ml
8. Vegetable Oil – 50 ml

To Whole wheat flour add Instant yeast, salt, sugar and mix them well, after that add black and white toasted sesame seeds. Add water and knead well with hand or Machine. Add vegetable oil and knead the dough for 10 minutes.
Now Transfer the dough to a greased bread dish. Level and cover the dough and keep it in warm place to ferment (Dough will double in size, in roughly 60 to 90 minutes).
Now bake the bread in a pre-heated Oven at 180 degree for 40 minutes.

Cool down the bread before it needs to be sliced.
