Ingredients

Protein Snack bars

1/2 cup = 125ml, 1/4 cup = 60ml,
1/3 cup = 80ml

For cashew date bars:
Deglet nour dates – 1/2 cup (chopped)
Raw cashews – 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
Parchment paper for pressing bars

For Cranberry date nut bars:
Deglet nour dates – 1 cup (chopped)
Raw almonds – 1/2 cup
Raw Walnuts – 1/4 cup
Raw pumpkin seeds – 1/4 cup
Rolled oats – 1/3 cup (old fashioned)
Dried cranberries – 1/2 cup
(here I used 50% less sugar dried cranberries)
Water – 1 tbsp
Cinnamon powder – 1/2 tsp
Vanilla extract – 1 tsp
Store in air tight container & refrigerate.
